Lakefront Resort Home #1
Get ready to relax, unwind, and make memories at this large WATERFRONT lake home! It is within the TanTarA Estates which is attached to the recently remodeled Margaritaville Resort. It features a concrete 32′ deep by 30′ wide dock with swim platform. You’ll especially love the fact that this home is tucked farthest into the cove, so you you’ll get less of those main channel waves from boats passing by.

Every year before Christmas we rent a house with a hot tub and spend the weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. Trista’s house did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for our large group of 12. The hot tub was great, and the heated floors in the bathrooms was a really nice surprise. My grandson really enjoyed the video games that were provided. Trista was always quick to respond when I had a question. I would highly recommend Trista’s home.

This place was great! We had a bachelorette party here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We appreciated everything from the communication, the recommendations, as well as Tristas patience- as I’m sure half of my questions had already been answered in her house manual (which is very detailed so that was great too). Having multiple beds and rooms was amazing. The showers had great water pressure and were clean. The boat dock and hot tub were perfection. Definitely enjoyed our stay a little too much! Highly recommend!

We have no end of great things to say about our stay at this fun home! We had a group of 10 and felt that there was plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed, the decor was chosen with care, there was fun games and we made use of the jukebox and pool table. The sunsets were so colorful from the balcony, and we loved how large the deck was! The appliances were of higher grade than most vacation homes that we have stayed at which was a pleasant surprise. The best was how quick and responsive Trista was throughout our stay. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

This was a great find. As a blended family with both adult and young children it can be tough to find places that have enough bedrooms for everyone. This place is a great location we hardly knew anyone was around us. The pool just up the hill was great for our little kids as it was quiet calm and the area that was 1 foot deep was great for confidence. We also used some of the amenities at Margaritaville and all were top notch. The house is definitely on our would stay again list.

The beds were comfortable and all the bathrooms were clean and stocked. They had a baby gate which was a life saver for us. The views were great. The pool table, darts and board games were an added bonus. We would definitely stay again!!

We are located within the gated Tan-Tar-A Estates. You’ll love how tranquil and cozy the neighborhood is. You’ll see plenty of critters including squirrels, chipmunks, birds, beavers, etc roaming around the area. The trees are protected here so there is plenty of shade! You could spend hours walking around the neighborhood taking in the scenery here.

We are located within the gated Tan-Tar-A Estates. You’ll love how tranquil and cozy the neighborhood is. You’ll see plenty of critters including squirrels, chipmunks, birds, beavers, etc roaming around the area. The trees are protected here so there is plenty of shade! You could spend hours walking around the neighborhood taking in the scenery here.

Come enjoy our Lakefront Ozarks Home which is brand NEW on the inside top to bottom. It is within the TanTarA Estates which is attached to the Margaritaville Resort. It has a dock with boat lift and swim platform. You’ll especially love the fact that this home is tucked farthest into the cove, so you you’ll get less of those main channel waves from boats passing by making great for floating in.
